Our team members are the heartbeat of Sauder Worship Seating®. They will also be an integral part of your building or renovation experience. Your Sauder Worship team includes a dedicated group of Sales Assistants, Project Coordinators and CAD Department Operators who work alongside your local Sales Consultant every step of the way. Having in-house guidance assures that any questions you may have during any step of the process will be answered quickly and accurately.
Sauder Worship Sales Assistants work alongside your local Sales Consultant and you, our customer. They are available to assist with a wide variety of questions about custom pricing, as well as product. They are also responsible for receiving new orders and help process them through order entry.
In-House Project Coordinators
Sauder Worship Project Coordinators are our customer advocates. Once your order is processed, they begin working directly with you to finalize details. Details that include fabric and finish, all the way to communicating production schedules and delivery or installation timing. You’ll also receive phone calls and emails from our team throughout the entire process.
Our in-house guidance includes a CAD team. They are another essential piece of the Sauder Worship Team. They are responsive to customer needs. And work daily with our Sales Consultants nationwide. Communicating everything from project speculation to fulfillment. While they also ensure they are maintaining seating capacity and focal points at all times.
Delivery and Installation
We communicate the timing of delivery and installation throughout the order process. At Sauder Worship Seating, we time the production of your order to be complete when your church or synagogue is ready for installation. We have installation teams throughout the United States. These team members are knowledgeable and create a seamless installation. Our installation teams take great pride in their work, from start to finish.
