Our people are the heartbeat of Sauder Worship Seating and an integral part of your building or renovation experience. Your Sauder Worship Team members include a dedicated group of Sales Assistants, Project Coordinators and CAD who work alongside your Sales Representative every step of the way through the process and shepherd your project from inception through installation.
Sauder Worship Sales Assistants work alongside the Sales Representatives and customers to assist with a wide variety of questions from custom pricing to product. They are responsible for receiving new orders and help process them through order entry. And this is just the tip of the ice berg.
Sauder Worship Project Coordinators are our customer advocates. Once your order is processed, they begin working directly with you to finalize details such as fabric and finish selection as well as communicate production schedules and delivery/installation timing. Whether you’re working on a new building or a renovation, Project Coordinators are the communication hub of Sauder WS.
Our in-house CAD team is another essential piece of the Sauder Worship Team. They are responsive to customer needs and work daily with our Sales Representatives nationwide from project speculation to fulfillment ensuring seating capacity as well as focal points are maintained at all times.
Delivery & Installation
The timing of delivery and installation is communicated throughout the order process. We time the production of your order to be complete when your church, courtroom or synagogue is ready for installation. Our Installation Teams are located across the U.S. They are knowledgeable and take pride in creating a seamless installation from the time the truck arrives at the doorstep until the last pew or auditorium seat is anchored.
